I recently discovered Fischer - Taimanov Vancouver 1971. I think this is a really nice example of how to handle this type of game even though Taimanov does not play the best defense. GM Melikset Khachiyan has a video on the ending of this game on www.chess.com. ( Must be a paid member to access the video there. )
